Jim MacDougal has been instrumental in providing training in MTSS and the need for a universal screener for behavior and social-emotional learning. He supported our district in the implementation of the BIMAS-2 which has resulted in data that allows building teams to match interventions and supports to specific students. Jim is very knowledgable and provided ongoing support to our staff.
I have known and worked with Jim McDougal for over 15 years. He has inspired me and my colleagues to think and respond differently to behavior and social emotional difficulties. Through collaboration and consultation with Jim McDougal we have effectively moved to a more preventative and proactive model to support students both behaviorally and academically.
