They know me well. The nurse was very friendly when she asked me plenty of questions about me, and gave clear instructions. Dr Deborah Glazier has been my Primary Care Physician for many years;she plans to retire at the end of the year, and found a successor. She's been a wonderful doctor ❤️ and a good friend 🧡.
Impossible to get a same day appointment, they can never get us in and then just direct us to the ER. Because I live in the real world there is a serious cost difference between an office visit and the ER. Currently sitting in the ER with my daughter for something that could have been an office visit. The nurse who told me to take her to ED practically belittled me when I asked if there was no other options and it was a serious cost difference for us. I’m transferring care out of here as soon as possible.
