Multi Specialty is a great place to receive services. They get the job done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bobby makes sure that every visit is personable, the therapists always greet you with a smile and Kayla works with you to make sure your appointments are convenient. I always leave in a better spirits than when I walked in. I like it.
It was a great few months coming here for therapy. The staff were great. Services overall was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable. If PT is needed in the future, I’d definitely want to come back here without a second thought. 100% recommend! ☺️♥️

Very unprofessional, rude and untidy. The person overseeing the business is Bobby (Robert). Has no respect for patients and forces your decisions into receiving surgeries, whether or not you may feel comfortable with that level of treatment. The receptionist at the front desk (KAYLA) is nonresponsive to pertinent questioning regarding a patients personal health and quite nonchalant and incoherent when answering.
