Unprofessional Appliance Repair – This is the 4th time that I have used this company because my homeowners warranty uses them. If you have a minor issue that can be fixed quickly without parts then they do very well. However, if parts are needed or it is a complicated issue then they fail miserably. They do not contact customers to apprise them of the issue and when I called several times over the next week to get an update they never bothered to return my calls.
