This resort appears to be an excellent choice for a vacation. However, their booking system is quite challenging. We made a reservation for a room a week before our vacation and promptly called the resort to confirm it. The lady confirmed the reservation, and we received multiple confirmation emails from them. The night before our travel, we received a call from the resort informing us that they were overbooked and no room was available. We come every year to this resort. The prices continue to go up and the service is okay. The rooms could use some updates, but overall we love the resort and its a great place to come as a family
