Shocking and a rip off. Charged us $400 with no receipt. He stated we ripped him off by paying cash he agreed that were would be no gst so then he started shouting at my wife and still we didn’t get a receipt. and we still don’t know what the problem was except that he put a camera down 3 pipes and said that 2 were blocked. He said he would speak to adlam, so I phoned adlam and he said he would be round at our house that day , Thursday, I am still waiting. Take heed, do not do business with these clowns

The contractor booked an appointment to service a sewer drain in a new home. Then later cancelled the appointment was vague and evasive with his reasons for cancellation. This left a very poor taste after the dealings with this contractor I would definitely not recommend them as the whole situation was very unprofessional.
Had scott out to my first home to inspect my septic at my first house. He was very informative and very patient when answering the 1 million questions I asked. I highly recommend Scott if you're new to buying houses and need septic inspections.
