I contacted this company after seeing so many rave reviews. When I went to book my appointment, that should've been my first sign... the only time that could be picked was between 8am-10am. Nonetheless, I picked my date and time. The day before I waited to see if I would be sent a reminder text but nothing. The day of I waited patiently, no arrival, no call, nothing. So, it is hard to write this review and adequately convey how incredibly grateful I am to Multi MG. I was in an absolute LURCH - power was out, generator dead, a whole mess. TWO other technicians came to our home and told me the generator was totally dead and it would take weeks. These were TOP rated repair companies, certified by the manufacturer!
