This man is not professional at all he's extremely rude and very very disrespectful. He would not look at me (white female) when he was speaking to me. he was very snippy and comes across as having rage issues. **I truly did not feel safe in his office.** He would not speak slow so my husband that is learning English could understand and when I would try to help my husband understand the questions the man would start getting moody and acting like he was about to start yelling in a rage.
