I was stranded at the Kempsey Service Centre at an ungodly hour last week. I waited until 8 for all the mechanics to open. I called Multi grip motors after a recommendation from a passer-by, They told me to "ask for Josh." I spoke to both Josh and the owner Peter a few times on the phone. Josh flew out and had a look, identified the issue and went back to the shop to grab the appropriate tools and parts to fix it.
