Sorry, but I was very disappointed in my last visit. I’ve gone here for a few years and they are slowly going downhill, unfortunately. Last year I thought there was some unprofessionalism and extensive wait times, but I looked past it. However, this year when I went, not only did I wait over an hour and wasn’t even called, there was too much laughing and joking up at the front desk.
