We were impressed with the installation and the final product especially how they hid the pipe work. Glen, Shane, Josh and Patrick were awesome. Very friendly, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend Multi-cool.
Multi Cool attended my property recently to service and repair my Air Conditioners. The boys that came out were tidy and professional, and the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and polite.
Field tech attended our apartment 24th Jan to look at why the air con was not working. The tech on the day said the repair will be covered under warranty, and we will be without air con until end of following week, as parts needed to be ordered. I called Multi Cool 30th Jan, and was told that the repair will not be completed until end of February, as "we are all really busy".
