Field tech attended our apartment 24th Jan to look at why the air con was not working. The tech on the day said the repair will be covered under warranty, and we will be without air con until end of following week, as parts needed to be ordered. I called Multi Cool 30th Jan, and was told that the repair will not be completed until end of February, as "we are all really busy". Can highly recommend using Multicool to either install and also service your air conditioning units. Multicool installed our split system a few years ago, and was very happy with the install. Very professional. Just had the split system cleaned by Multicool. Prompt, thorough, honest and well priced. Very happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We recently had a large 8 zone ducted system installed and Glen, Leah and the team have been great to deal with. Professional, easy to talk to, and the install was great. I highly recommend them.
Multi-Cool deserves a shout-out because not only are we delighted with the system they supplied and installed, we were also delighted by the care and professionalism shown by the men who came over and installed it. We went out while the system was being installed and when we returned one of the employees admitted that they had dropped a lamp that cracked the plaster on my ceiling. I've had them come in to clean the filter and check out the ducted aircon, given that it's around 20 years old at least and it didn't seem to work very well. I was told that the reason was because of a faulty condensor fan motor - which is true. I was also told that this motor could not be replaced because it's no longer available and that we should look at getting a new ducted aircon unit, which would have costed over 10k.
