The secretary that handles the front end stuff is horrific. Always messing up, screws up messages constantly.numerous other issues with making app sending info. We have waited since June of last year for paperwork that we have asked for numerous time. Finally to receive them after talking to the Dr directly. She phones to let us know they are ready and the cost is $150 . Never once was told CASH only. Luckily had enough. Talking to you would almost she’s not all there Very frustrating to deal with. Find better staff
Dr. Ashraf deserves MORE THAN 5 🌟. He is the eptomie of what a pediatrician ought to be. My child has been in his care since birth. He is extremely professional, personable, and has a calm demeanor. He is knowledgable as well as thorough. He always listens, ask relevant questions and explains his actions/inaction as it relates to the procedure/issue.
We use pediatrician Dr. Ashraf and have been seen in the multi care centre with him several times. He has been the most thorough and knowledgeable physician and has always treated my family with respect and professionalism. Hard to find good doctors especially for kids, highly recommend Dr. Ashraf!
