We always buy our flooring with Carlos, and he has been a great help every time. He is very professional, attentive, and makes the process smooth and easy. So far, we’ve had a great experience and highly recommend his service.
Be aware. After taking 3 different quotes, I decided to use Carlos who promised me a good job. After they installed my floor which was covered with cardboard for protection from the painting. Upon uncovering i found floor not connected with edges, through out the entire addition. I contacted carlos several times in which he send someone to try to patch de defects with a pen in a different color. I have no option other than seek legal action.
I've purchased cabinets and flooring and have been satisfied with the material. I plan to return.
They are exactly professional, and the delivery is always very fast, I highly recommend mult flooring, they are great in floors and cabinets 🤝👏
