Bought an embroidery machine from these guys over the summer and an older gentleman helped me out a ton. He was super kind and reassured me that they had a good warranty and would be able to help should any problems arise. Almost immediately I had an issue with the tension and brought it in to see if we could workshop it, and unfortunately the older man wasn't working that day. I popped in here to purchase a measuring tape. Too bad I didn't get the woman's name, who assisted me, because she was the epitome of old school, exceptional service. We only engaged for a minute, or so, but everything about her professional demeanor was welcoming, and memorable. I almost wish I had a greater need to pop in.
I am glad I went with this place! I had my eye on a JUKI TL-15 or 18( but not really as price online at other places were tooooooo much). My sister lives In Phoenix and during this trip I WAS going to leave with a juki. I called their other location she said they only had one TL2010 in stock and grinch heart dropped. Our cashier made a comment to us about the customer who checked out right in front of us. She happened to be wearing a facemask. After his comment I replied with “maybe she’s sick.” Then the cashier literally said “yea, maybe she’s sick in the HEAD!”. I couldn’t believe that he would speak about a paying customer so rudely. Obviously he has certain political beliefs…but, leave that out of the business and don’t disrespect your customers that way. To say something like that was incredibly uncalled for in that scenario. way too expensive for sewing items you can get for a better price and quality elsewhere - i'm not sure about their sewing machine/repair prices though
