There aren't enough positive words to describe Dr. Kopylenko and her staff! It is always a pleasure to be greeted with warmth upon arrival. Her staff eventually turns into family. These wonderful ladies are sassy, knowledgeable and are always ready to assist you with any concern you may have. I have been a patient of Dr. Kopylenko for approximately 18 years. Dr. Kopylenko is an excellent and extremely thorough doctor who takes the time to care for her patients whether on a medical level or in the capacity of a consultant. She is good listener and always gives sound advice. I always leave her clinic with renewed strength and encouragement to deal with my medical and psychological issues. I have been a patient of Dr Kopolenka since she first started in this clinic. She is an excellent doctor who saved my life by not accepting what others had diagnosed my condition to be. She was also there for me when my husband died of cancer. She never rushes you. She always listens to you. Her staff is definitely on top of things. They are friendly with a nice sense of humour which helps to put one at ease. These are people who care about their patients.
