Terrible experience – avoid at all costs. I found the service to be rude, unhelpful, and completely overpriced. I felt threatened and dismissed throughout the process. On top of that, there were numerous hidden or unexpected charges that quickly added up. Their attitude was totally unreasonable and unprofessional. I will definitely not be returning and strongly recommend others to go elsewhere – you'll find better service and fairer pricing without the stress.
BiG shout out to this mob! Especially Camila. I found them all to be very knowledgeable. I'm impressed at how they managed to get the info from me that they needed cause i was clueless in this pool thing. They restored my pool to a pristine salt water heaven 🙌. I now understand how it all works as they were patient with me the whole way. I was under budget constraints so Camila went to work to find me the best deals from their suppliers. Refused to rectify significant damage they caused. Aggressive, surly, disrespectful and ineffective! An extremely expensive waste of time. Never, ever again!! Q: Why do I have to leave one star when zero stars would be more appropriate?
Surly, agressive and expensive. Didn't bother completing the job. Permanently damaged my filtration system and refuse to rectify the damage. Why can't I leave a no Star rating?
