After politely explaining how busy they were, I was phoned back and got in due to a cancellation. Great job, priced fairly and good communication.
The lady on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. She has not even tried to schedule me because they were too busy. I was happy to wait for the next one, and not even she gave me an option. As a company, you should have better customer service on the phone for your clients.
