I had the most incredible first experience with Dr Samuel Moore. He was so welcoming, kind and supportive of my needs. I had given up on finding a doctor that cared and Sam really showed me never give up and I am so grateful to finally have a GP I can trust and feel safe with.

I’ve been waiting two months for a call back from a specialist who was meant to have received my referral by fax. I called and was told he doesn’t even own a fax ! Was met with hostility by admin staff no apologies nothing, was made to feel like I was overreacting ( I waited patiently for two months before calling, two months!) Still waiting on a call back from admin staff still no apology. Great doctors incompetent admin.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. They have a reputation in the area for prioritising profit over patient care. I had already completed my pathology, which clearly showed low iron, and my GP provided a referral for an iron infusion. However, this facility insisted I book an initial consultation to review results, followed by a separate appointment for further iron studies—despite the referral and pathology being complete.
