The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a ‘professional’ service. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner displayed the worst attitude and seemed annoyed by having to deal with customers. In my experience he was unhelpful, rude, obnoxious and condescending. The last straw was when he said that he wanted to “finish his lunch”, as opposed to helping me any further. They got me in with almost no notice and sorted the problem out quickly/cheaply and were great at explaining everything that was going on. You basically can't ask for more than that
I pop over today reporting that my car’s mirror turn indicator wasn’t working. They didn’t even have a look and said that I had to replace the whole mirror. I opened mirror myself, replaced the bulb (which I mentioned that I think it could be) and it worked!! Spent only $9 bucks in a pair of bulbs at Repco when Mullum auto electrical wanted to charge me $60 just to have a look + a new or second hand mirror set + service 😒

I dropped in unexpectedly as my car battery had died two days in a row and needed jump starting each time. As soon as I walked in they did a battery test for me, determined the battery was dead and replaced it on the spot for me. Thank you for the great customer service guys. Much appreciated
