Unfortunately, zero stars isn’t an option. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any auto service. If you don’t want to be scammed or overcharged, stay far away from this place. I came in for a very simple job—replacing a battery terminal. I am expecting a baby to arrive any day now and today in the rain while I was driving my wind screen wipers stopped working. The guys very kindly told me to just drive straight over and fixed the issue on the day to ensure I could drive to hospital by tonight. We so appreciate your efforts and kindness in fitting us in. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend this business
I had an awful experience with Mullum Auto Electrical. They charged me $500 and didn’t fix a single thing on my car. Every time I tried calling for an update, it took 4–5 calls just to get someone to answer. When they finally did, they were rude and unhelpful. Not once did they contact me to update me about my car – I had to chase them every time. They ended up telling me the car had to go to Mazda, which turned out to be completely unnecessary. Booked in 8 am sharp with head light issues - the guys are amazing- very kind , great work , went out of their way to make a difference- - fixed some thing totally random not to do with electrical also , great to see honest guys in this industry as most of us have no idea - nothing was a issue - totally recommended 10 / 10
