This company is s**t. They never answer their phones nor do they bother returning phone calls.
Horrible company, rude and unprofessional. I think they deliberately do not send out association bills just to make money off late fees.
I would caution anyone from buying any property that is held by Mulloy Properties. They are so bad I am to the point that I am contemplating buying a full page ad in the newspaper to share how bad they are. I am giving them one star, because that's as low as I can rate them.
