I am speaking on Mullins property. I had my friend turn in an application for me along with their $20 application fee and my copy of my ID. I didn't quite understand that with section 8 even though you can cover their rent and utilities bills they still want you to make 3 times the amount of the rent. While emailing Kelly , I made the comment that I wish I would of knew that before they took my $20 application fee. She replied that they did not take an application fee.
