As a business owner I will confirm this company is not only a joke but also has no integrity. The showed extreme disregard to customer service and the owner himself lied to us on numerous occasions. Companies like this don’t deserve to be in business.
They do not respond. Have asked them repeatedly when I can have someone come out to the house to help with pool. I was told “we will have someone out to the house Tuesday afternoon”. It’s Thursday and I’ve heard nothing since. Have called and texted repeatedly. Their communication is absolutely awful and you feel like you’re the bad person for asking. Terrible customer service.
They seriously price gouge. They wanted 4K for some work I needed done. I get in done for less that 550.00. They said I had a water leak. Not true. Wanted to sell me a new pool filter pump when all that was wrong with mine was it was clogged. I would not recommend using them.
They are the best Wouldn’t use anyone else They’ve had my business since 2010!
Owner was nice but they Need better communication
