This doctor was on call when I went into labor. After telling him that my water broke at 4:30am on a Sat. morning he kept me laboring until my doctor came in on the following Monday morning. Once my doctor arrived to find out what was going on, Dr. Mullins was ordered immediately out of my room and my doctor proceeded to induce labor due to both my child and I showing signs of distress. My child was born shortly afterwards and rushed into neonatal care. I would NOT recommend this doctor.
