Went in to get a quote and female was very disrespectful, I asked to many questions apparently and immediately she was disrespectful to me. Ended up going to another agency for my 3 veichles and home. Learn how to greet people and not tell them they are wasting your time. I may not of looked like your typical customer due to me getting off work and coming straight in but that does not give you the right to treat me like I had no money
My insurance agent was dropped by its parent company over two years ago and I just found out! Recently my Aunt who is getting older and needs assistance sometimes needed my help to process a claim. i spoke to the ladies at the Mullins Office and within minutes I was assisted by Rhonda Williams. I can't say enough about the service we were provided from Rhonda. She was compassionate and actually wanted to help.
