I gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Contacted this company to do a job. He did not even want to look at it. Gave me some BS answers about ground saturation in the area I was requesting him to work in. When I questioned him about it, he explained to me that the neighborhood I was talking about was too wet. He stated it's because we are too close to a local lake area. My neighborhood is over 3 miles from that lake. We have had mullets and company do 3 projects at 2 different houses. He is prompt with estimates, very knowledgeable,and works with city inspectors. He repaired the guys from a concrete truck that got stuck in our yard. Mullets is my go to company for my concrete projects.
I contacted this company to schedule an estimate. The gentleman asked me the size of the area and subsequently informed me that he was too "busy" to "mess with a patio". Fair enough.
Our Sewer line runs under the driveway and when the hour was build the plumbers did not connect the clean out plug to the sewer line. The clean out plug was just laying on top of the "Y"of the sewer line. A tree root grew into the line as a result of the gap. Another company didn't bother to come out for an estimate on my driveway.
