Clean and customer service was great
The engine they sold us was easy to reinstall, clean, professionally removed, not all dinged up, which made it easy to reinstall. All openings were capped to prevent dirt or debris from getting in it, and it was in good shape. The office staff was very friend, and the delivery driver communicated very well and was also very pleasant. I highly recommend them.
Called and spoke with Garrett about wheels for my car, purchased and went about my day. Garrett called me back in a very timely manner advising me that the said wheels I purchased were unfortunately cracked and a refund would be issued. He checked the other wheels they had that would fit my car, but none were safe to use or repair. He refunded what I paid, letting me know it would take up to 10 days, yes, I do know that once a refund is issued it's totally up to the bank on how quickly it gets into your account.
