Rude guy answered the phone at the shop
I stopped in with a request for some specialized service that I frankly didn’t expect them to do, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was Glenn able to do the work, he did it while I waited. It felt like being in a small town shop where people cared and took pride in their business. I’m hoping to never need them for a car repair, but if I’m ever in an accident, it’s where I’ll be going.
My insurance company referred me that body shop but my experience with them is really bad and it’s cost me almost 900 bucks, my car was absolutely fine when I dropped at shop after 10 days when I picked my vehicle all dash lights turn on and my gas tank is literally empty I called them next morning and they said come to shop they saw my vehicle and said dash lights turn on because of break I informed my insurance about this incident when insurance asked them about this to body shop they just denied everything and just becaus... read more
