Bobbie and Alfonzo ten out of ten customer service..went to to have a test drive drove out with a bronco lol
They could not honor my 8:30 scheduled appointment. They wanted all day. Said two tech. called off and computers down today. I'm wanting warranty on window to be honored. They weren't sure. I think I might not ever deal with them.
Had a appointment for over a week to have my alignment and tire balance done tomorrow morning, so I came in today this afternoon missing 2 hours of work , to drop the truck then the counter person says we can't get to it tomorrow, even had a rental car lined up , thanks for nothing Mullinax
I am so disappointed with Palm Beach Ford! I have always been a Ford customer, and I will no longer support this company! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and recommend that nobody should ever purchase a Ford vehicle! I’m disgusted with this company!
