Received the correct information that I called for. My previous parts visits have been the same
Worst Ford ever. We had to wait a month just to get an appointment for them to look at the issues we are having with our new expedition. The service department is straight garbage and un-professional. The guys at the counter straight up told me that my vehicle wasn't under warranty when we just bought the vehicle a few months ago and also purchased an extended warranty through ford. The service manager needs to be replaced with someone that has better customer service skills customer service is absolutely terrible at this facility It’s no wonder they cannot keep employees to do basic quick Lane service you will book an appointment to wait for hours.
