Very friendly on the phone helping family get a mobile service visit setup for a Mach E software update. Easy process and visit. So nice they were able to go to their house and knock it out within two days of scheduling. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Mullinax Ford, and at this point I feel like our loyalty as long-time customers means nothing to them. Our 2015 Ford Transit has now been in their service department twice, each time for over a week, for the SAME issue — the airbag light. Last month, they kept the vehicle for more than a week and still claimed they “couldn’t find anything wrong.” We were forced to pick it up because we needed it for work.
