Just tried to schedule an oil change with Mullinax ... terrible experience, the website wouldn't let me get past the "enter vehicle info" page, then the "Live Chat" person was useless and just asked a bunch of questions without giving any answers, and when I tried to call in, it went straight to VM. If they call back and can actually help, I'll update my 2 star review, but right now ... not impressed and plan to take my oil change business to another Ford dealer.
