Dr. Mulligan is the most outstanding Dr I have ever been to. He spends as much time as he needs with each patient and never rushes you. He addressed other health concerns I had that were not even related to his field of expertise and comes up with a game plan to get you on the road to recovery. I feel truly blessed to have such a fine Dr in my life. In my opinion, the Cleveland Clinic doesn't deserve him.
Dr. Mulligan is an excellent doctor, He’s thorough he asks many questions which is good he’s sure to cover all areas to ensure how to move forward to your problem.
Don't waste your time. Find another DR. First appt. sat there for over an hour cause he was so far behind then told to reschedule. I was told good luck. Reschedule date was 6 months out. I was also told this is very common practice for his office.
I have referred at least a hundred patients to Dr Mulligan over the years. He is MY doctor as well. In a world full of uncaring and uninformed providers, he is a bright star of hope. He is a thorough, exceptional clinician who will help you navigate your way to health.
