Worst experience ever. It took 3 months to get admitted and then after calling the morning of move in to confirm, they called back an hour and a half before moving my mother in to say she could not come. She was already checked out of the other place where she had been staying, but thankfully they were able to help for a few days until we found another place. This place is a disgusting, dirty and dishonest place. The director, Tescha Winters, claims the residents are doing lots of activities during the lockdown, and that they help the residents talk to their families on FaceTime. Lies!!! The director of nurses, Eva Cassias is a bitch! She told me and my sister that we could not even TALK to my mom on my moms own phone.
