UPDATED 1/27/26: I’ve lost complete trust in this dealership and will not be returning for service nor to purchase another car. I brought my car in to the service department as the rearview mirror popped off. They attempted to put it on and after a short attempt took the mirror to the parts department. Natasha told me they had to replace with a new one as it was something to do with a screw. I was given a verbal quote in the $320 range to replace.
