We bought a new RDX here recently and we were told that the first oil change is free. When calling to verify this and schedule it, the person answering the phones doesn’t seem to know. So we’ve left two messages, one text and one e-mail and nobody will return our messages. Very disappointing. Update-after two more phone calls I was finally able to schedule this. UPDATED 1/27/26: I’ve lost complete trust in this dealership and will not be returning for service nor to purchase another car. I brought my car in to the service department as the rearview mirror popped off. They attempted to put it on and after a short attempt took the mirror to the parts department. Natasha told me they had to replace with a new one as it was something to do with a screw. I was given a verbal quote in the $320 range to replace.
