Martin has saved us thousands of dollars multiple times over the years when we've come to him with a second opinion after going through the Mercedes dealership first. Muller and Goss of course doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the dealership service experience, but I can get coffee and a cookie elsewhere and I don't need to hang out in a lounge.
