They came out to the house the very next day they was called to pump out the septic tank. Had to get the backhoe to dig it up and to they're discovery, found that my drain field that was replaced 10 months ago had failed and was running back into the septic tank. Wayne took me aside and explained in detail to me so I would understand what was going on. His knowledge of 50+ years was very helpful to me! So I wouldn't have to have a backhoe anymore to dig up my septic to have it pumped, he installed a new lid with a manhole co... read more
The owner of this business is an a$$. He thinks everyone in Elbert and surrounding counties owes him something. I will never use or recommend this business as long as he is still in charge. His Son in law is a great man, but Wayne's attitude makes this business be at the bottom of my list
