I am a first time puppy parent and Mullen’s is my first Vet experience. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain and reassure the best course of action to ensure your pets health. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a small animal clinic.
They seemed ok and were fairly accommodating until they weren't. I had $30 carry over from my previous visit which they didn't seem concerned with. We got a notice in the mail, must've been just before the Canada Post went on strike so we didn't receive it until way after the fact! We called shortly after receiving the Notice to book our dogs an aptmnt and to take care of the $30 balance owing and we were told they sent the $30 to collections and said they wouldn't have us back at the clinic! We are new to the area and were with our previous vet for 18 years, it's always stressful finding a new care team for your pets. We are beyond impressed with the care our dogs have received here. Most notably our poor dog suffered a broken nail on Christmas day, then another on Dec 26. I thought there's NO way we are getting in over the holidays, and assumed we'd be off to the emergency vet. I highly, highly recommend the team at Mullens.I had an exceptional experience at this vet clinic. The front desk staff was incredibly kind. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Dr's are caring, patient and well educated. The clinic is very clean and well maintained.
