I've had really good customer service experiences with Mullen Insurance. Most recently, my Nationwide Insurance policy was about to renew at the end of the week, and the new rate was going to increase by just over $50 per month. I emailed to ask why my rates had gone up, since I hadn’t done anything that would warrant such an increase. Lesley Potvin responded promptly and explained that there wasn’t a specific reason for the change.
