We worked with Mullen Building over a period of two years beginning in 2022 on a project which included demolition of an existing structure, significant site preparation, and construction of a new, mid-century home and ADU in the mid-Cape. I hired Mullen Building to perform significant renovations on our newly-purchased home built in the early 1980's. I had previously renovated 2 other homes and with that experience was selective in choosing a contractor. Doug and his team did a fantastic job! I initially reached out to Mullen Building to help with bathroom demo. I was so impressed by our project manager, Katie, that I quickly leaned on them to help with an almost a complete interior remodel. Katie was a great communicator, always getting back to us promptly and was tight on Quality control… she even installed some insulation herself! In the summer of 2019 we had a total kitchen and bathroom remodel of our home in Centerville. Doug Mullen and his crew were totally professional from start to finish. Doug had a great rapport with our architect, who had designed a total “bring it to the studs” of our kitchen and master bath.
