Mullen Building has gone above and beyond with our build in Yarmouth. Teamwork was key as I was offsite for most of the build. From start to finish the entire team was professional, efficient and the build site was always neat and clean (inside and out) including their trucks and equipment. We worked with Mullen Building over a period of two years beginning in 2022 on a project which included demolition of an existing structure, significant site preparation, and construction of a new, mid-century home and ADU in the mid-Cape. We chose Mullen for their reputation as project managers who would commit the appropriate resources to get us into our new home in a timely fashion. We were not disappointed. I hired Mullen Building to perform significant renovations on our newly-purchased home built in the early 1980's. I had previously renovated 2 other homes and with that experience was selective in choosing a contractor. Doug and his team did a fantastic job! Doug is the most professional contractor I have every worked with. He is not only creative and knowledgeable as a contractor, but he is a great businessman. I initially reached out to Mullen Building to help with bathroom demo. I was so impressed by our project manager, Katie, that I quickly leaned on them to help with an almost a complete interior remodel. Katie was a great communicator, always getting back to us promptly and was tight on Quality control… she even installed some insulation herself!
