Lovely pet friendly accommodation. Spent 2 nights here in April. Everything was clean and well presented. Comfortable bed and linen. Great shower and laundry facilities, including heated floor. We had our small cavoodle with us and he enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Also, played in the yard however it isn't fenced off, just mostly enclosed by plants, which wasn't a problem for us but might be for other visitors with dogs.
