Stopped in the other day to buy orthotic supports. A friend had recommended the Powerstep brand. However, there are around a half dozen different models of this brand. The staff there is always helpful also has a great customer service
In the past month we have stopped in the Plesant Ridge store 3 times. If you ask why, I'll share that Mandie Helge has helped us each time. She is a remarkable person who helped with our purchases and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Sure, we could have found similar medical products online, but we would have missed that personal interaction and ability to ask questions before the purchase. Our last purchase was for a lift chair. My Mother’s lift chairs remote died. She uses this for, not only during the day, but also for sleeping. In a panic I started calling local distributors and had no luck. I called Mullaney’s and Mandie Helge took my call. She was SUPER helpful. Mullaney’s had the part at their local warehouse. Mandie rushed the part in for me and I was able to pick it up the same day. I am in customer service and Mandie offered ‘superior’ customer service. Thank you Mullaney’s for keeping these parts in town and THANK YOU Mandie for your help!
Excellent service, going out of their way to help me out. They couldn’t have been more helpful and got me the equipment I needed. After Med Mart screwed up our equipment delivery, these guys came through and took excellent care of me. They were a lifesaver!
