Count on them finding every way possible to keep your deposit. Was charged a pet fee and other pet related fees even though there were 0 pets in the house, not even a goldfish. They probably would have charged for that too. Will not tell you when you owe upon moving out then send you to collections. Bunch of scammy sharks around here. LOOK ELSEWHERE! This place sucks.
Do not waste your time and hard earned money here. They are crooked thieving people. The management and summerfield management. We moved via medical reasons and they have charged us $1700 for carpet and 9.5 hours of cleaning on an almost spotless apartment. Tried to make us pay for their raggedy dryer they had us using. Not to mention the enormous amounts of dog feces you will step in. We rented an apartment here and when we moved out this place is trying to charge us absolutely ridiculous prices for replacing carpet they already have ready to go and their own maintenance people who replace it. They are trying to charge us what it would cost for professionals to come in with brand name carpet. They also are saying we have to pay for a dryer they said isn’t working when they brought us a junky old dryer to replace one that went out while we lived there.
