Grateful for their commitment to North Bend residents. During our Christmas below zero cold snap they came out on Christmas Eve day. With many furnaces failing and pipes freezing we’re fortunate they made time for us. Thank you
My grandmother called to have her furnace looked at. He first said he would come out on Friday. When she called that evening he said "Oh I won't be out today, I'm headed to a football game". He said he would come out Monday. By Thursday he STILL hadn't showed up or even called to tell her why. I called and asked why he never showed up or called.
