It was the worst experience I’ve ever had! They absolutely unprofessional! Mrs Scott sent me a price for their service and then I’ve got $500 higher price just 2 days before closing date! That happened because she couldn’t count correctly everything at the beginning... When I contacted Mr Forbes about that he just said that they apologize and couldn’t help me. It’s already 1 month since my closing and I still didn’t get my title documents! Looks like they again messed up somewhere. Absolutely don’t recommend this company!
