Jeff Ludlum is rude, disrespectful, and very sure of himself. He lacks intrapersonal communication and basic human dignity and respect. This firm uses questionable tactics to bully people and send unqualified individuals to appear in court on their behalf. I highly suggest you file a bar complaint against him.

A good friend of mine had to deal with this firm for a debt that they were not responsible for, it was awarded to the ex during their divorce. Not only did they aggressively pursue this debt, they practiced the art of usery by charging 6% interest on the debt PER DAY! It is probably illegal, but when you are dealing with these guys you just want to pay to get away from them and then go take a shower.
