Worst experience. JOSH BRADY, our sales rep is a complete joke!! He not only ordered the wrong gate for us and did not own up to it, he did not return our multiple messages to discuss it. When his boss got involved, he was very rude and unprofessional and was not willing to work with us at all to resolve their wrong doing. The gate arrived too small, had to be remade. I hired Mulholland Brand to make a driveway gate in a tricky space. They came up with a great solution and made me an absolutely gorgeous gate! On top of how beautiful it looks, it's very high quality. They were responsive, polite, professional, and made sure everything was adjusted perfectly. Their communication was stellar. I'm really happy I found them. I would absolutely recommend them!!
