My company had gates installed years ago. Over time, random pieces and parts have fallen off, and I replaced what I could. One part (rubber safety strap that holds the track upright when the gate is open) was stolen shortly after installation because there is really nothing keeping someone from just pulling it off. The guys at MUholland Brand were always very responsive. The gate was installed quick in less than two hours. The gate looks beautiful, it add a touch of modern feel to our house. We just ordered a second gate.
We have used Mulholland Brand for all of our gate installations over the years. Thank you to Ran, Yael and Harout for your excellent service and attention to detail, making sure measurements were absolutely perfect for our property which is situated on a hillside. The gate has turned a nondescript area into a standout feature. Great craftsmanship and a terrific team.
Customer service and expertise was better than expected. The service representative was great, she listened and offered sound suggestions when asked. We walked around the property several times to figure out what would work. Everyone involved from the measurements to installation was professional. More importantly we're very pleased with the fence and gates installed.
The service, and how they communicate with the customer is the worse i ever see, they care only on sale not on quality of the assembly. the technicians need more training,and after finish job ,manager or somebody, should call and ask i the job was done right, i have to call 6 times and no answer, i would not recommend, them at all,
