I have had my gates for 6 plus years and no problems with anything and I live on Oahu next to the beach cant say enough of this company but if you are looking at gates check them out.
I bought this black glass fence , spent 100k and I see good reviews here im glad y’all electric gates work. I like that they always come and do come check out but the fence does not work , every week it’s a problem im locked out the gate I can’t leave outside of my house . This is crazy. Last year I probably had them come like 30 times and it still not working can I please get help or get a refund on the gate and just leave it open because this is not it
Their products and installation are of good quality, we like our gates. However, their back office organization is severely lacking. After paying most of the invoice and finishing the work almost a year ago, they never asked us to pay the final invoice and it turned out, their emails bounced back to them.
