I was scheduled for install last Thursday 3/19. Received communication that due to "unforeseen manufacturing issues" they needed to reschedule. Life happens, so I agreed to move installation to 3/23. Both times I had to block out my day. Now on installation day #2, the no showed. After the agreed upon install time I got an email stating due to "unforeseen issues" they needed to cancel and this time no new appointment offered.
Absolutely terrible experience working with this company. Even my original sales rep, Arno, has already left. There seems to be constant employee turnover, and it quickly became clear why once I experienced how the company operates. I chose them because their pricing suggested a higher level of quality and professionalism. I was wrong. This project cost me over $20,000, and the result has been ongoing problems from day one. ***UPDATED REVIEW AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER*** What a complete joke. Before the project even started, I specifically requested a stronger mag lock than the standard option because we deal with high winds in this area. They accommodated the request and charged extra for the upgraded mag lock, which was fine. The real issue has nothing to do with the mag lock. The problem is the motors. They installed LA400 motors, which are underpowered for this application, instead of the LA500 motors that should have been used. That decisio... read more
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: My sales rep was genuinely great to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the company overall was extremely disappointing. I have had my gates for 6 plus years and no problems with anything and I live on Oahu next to the beach cant say enough of this company but if you are looking at gates check them out.
