I came in cuz of an pain I had never had in my life and they got to me right away I was not expecting to be gotten to unless I was about to die so they are definitely getting better then what they is to be to me the er is emergency so don’t make people wait that need attention any longer then you have to get to um ASAP my pain was a kidney stone what the paper said so I hope this place improves on ever aspect of every end

Worse hospital honestly we been through they wouldn’t listen and the only thing nice about it was the nurses who helped us come in and the one who helped us back to our car. The main practitioner who seen us was the most unprofessional person never coming back

I went a year or 2 ago and they treated me like dirt. I vowed to never go back. But I smashed my finger and didn't feel like going to Clovis or Lubbock, so I ran over real quick. They completely changed my mind this time. A lot of new friendly and knowledgeable staff are in the building now it seems. I'm glad I decided to go over there. It has improved a lot! My husband went to the Muleshoe Hospital ER one night with chest pains. The ER staff got him into a room and promptly started working diligently on him. They videoed with cardiac staff from UMC in Lubbock and got him stabilized enough to be air lifted to Lubbock. The staff in Muleshoe was kind, professional, knowledgeable and all around awesome.
