I missed my first appointment for which I put down a deposit of $300 and she scolded me on the phone saying I lost my deposit and I cannot reschedule so that’s why I’m giving one star, terrible customer service terrible policies.
I cannot recommend Dr. Mulder enough. When traditional doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong and simply medicated me, Dr. Mulder took the time to listen, investigate, and truly care. He looked into things others wouldn’t, like mold exposure and other potential root causes, and ultimately gave me my life back. Each appointment felt like I was truly heard and cared for.
