I worked with Mulder to inspect a damp area in a basement. All staff I spoke with and worked with were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Scheduling and reporting back was very timely. Will recommend!!
First they said my leak was due to a crack in the basement wall. When that was wrong, they quoted above that amount to caulk the basement windows. I balked at that and they lowered the quote, but it was still quite high. When the guy came to do that job, he couldn't finish it properly due to the poor condition of the windows and he wondered why they even said they could. Super happy with Mulder Waterproofing and the sealant service they completed on our basement. They did what no other company has been able to do in 15years, fix our leak. Highly Recommend this company.
