DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I would leave a zero as a review if it was possible. I used their services to file 2021 taxes, Patrick Fitch in particular was the person who did it for me. We paid for their services and protection in case of any issues. At the time everything seemed ok, however In 2024 we received a notice from the IRS that our 2021 taxes was never filed, I have since called, emailed and called again and nobody has had the decency to respond and support us. I first wrote a review then removed it. I do feel value in letting people know that this place is rather unprofessional. Whoever manages the phones answers states no longer accepting new clients and hangs up. No chance to say anything. In addition Nate did not return emails or calls that were directed to him about services. I wouldn’t recommend West Coast CPA. Contacted west coast cpa group via email weeks ago, no response so decided to call today. Lady who answered the phone was rude, told me we aren't accepting anyone new and didn't give me a chance to say anything before hanging up. Not very customer service like... Disappointed especially considering I was recommended to contact West Coast CPA because you guys are "great and amazing to work with".

I called and asked about services but the kind lady hung up on me. Then called again and was told all cpas aren’t accepting any clients .
